Mr. Alexander has over 36 years of technical and management experience related to air and water pollution control, management of
radioactive and hazardous waste, general environmental compliance, safety and health compliance, quality assurance, nuclear facility safety,
radiation health physics, and related oversight and training programs at various DOE sites, other government agency facilities, and private
industry facilities. Mr. Alexander has a B.S. and M.S. in Environmental Engineering and an M.S. in Public Administration (MPA). He has been
a licensed Professional Engineer in Tennessee since 1978.
