Mr. Nolter has a B.S. in Geology and is a Registered Professional Geologist in Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. Scott has
over 19 years of professional geotechnical, geologic, and environmental consulting experience, with more than 10 years managing projects related to the clean-up of soil and groundwater contamination from petroleum underground storage tanks (USTs). He helps clients follow a risk-based corrective action (RBCA) approach to the design and implementation of UST investigations and provides specialized expertise regarding the operation and maintenance of groundwater remediation systems. Mr. Nolter has also performed over 200 Phase I ESAs including many that required Phase II ESAs.
