Mr. Campbell has over 10 years of experience with CERCLA remedial investigations and feasibility studies, including the negotiation of action levels, preparation of decision documents, and implementation of the selected remediation alternatives. He provides clients the advantages of a strong civil engineering background combined with specialized environmental engineering experience.
